What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders can be placed online at at any time. All orders received after 18:00 GMT will be processed on the next business day.​ All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.​Orders placed during the holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer.​Our customer care will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.​Estimated delivery times are generally between four and five weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will be shipped as soon as it is ready.​You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. If the ordered item is already in our stock, it will be shipped from our office in the week of receipt of the order. We will deliver your order to you using FEDEX, DHL or Special Delivery in the UK and for overseas deliveries. The cost of delivery is shown at checkout. You will be responsible for any fees or taxes chargeable on import, if shipped outside of the UK. We will always ship your order as soon as possible. If you require your order by a particular date, please let us know so that we can confirm delivery timings with you.

How Can I Return a Product?

We hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied please see returns information below. You may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging, with the Authenticity Certificate. Full refund for the piece of jewelry is processed within seven days of receiving the return, except for delivery costs if applicable and if any use of customs duties. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.

Please email and let us know why you are returning the goods and we shall then issue a returns code. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We shall contact you once the return has been received and we have inspected the return and all is satisfactory, you will then be refunded for the returned item and the original delivery charge if applicable.

How Can I Exchange a Product?

A request of change of size, or exchange with another object of the collection present in the online shop of equal or greater value can be made. Request has to be received within 14 days of shipment received and a difference of price needs to be paid if the newly chosen jewelry is of greater value. In order for us to process an exchange, we would first need to receive the initial purchase back.
