In creating this vibrant collection, Colette looked to traditional Aztec regalia, and was influenced by the importance of feathers in Aztecan headdresses. Colette carefully selected hard stones such as malachite, lápis lazuli, onyx, mother of pearl and diamonds for the foundation of this collection.
